Terms of Service

Rejectless provides tools to analyze, edit, build, and tailor resumes, including automated feedback generated with the help of third-party AI providers. See our Privacy Policy and Extension Privacy Policy for how your information is handled.

• You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

• You keep ownership of the resumes and other content you submit ("Your Content"). You give us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content as needed to operate the Service for you, including sending it to our AI providers to produce the output you requested, and as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You confirm that you have the right to submit Your Content and that it is truthful to the best of your knowledge. You are solely responsible for what appears on any resume you submit to employers.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for spam, automated or bulk abuse, or to overload or disrupt it
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, credits, or paywalls, or to access another user's data
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service or its output at scale
• Submit unlawful content, or content that infringes the rights of others
• Use the Service to deceive employers by fabricating credentials or experience

We may restrict or suspend accounts, or remove content, where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

• The Free plan is provided with the limits shown in the product. Pro is a paid subscription billed monthly or yearly. Optional report bundles are one-time purchases.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the price in effect then, until you cancel. You authorize us and our payment processor, Stripe, to charge your payment method for each renewal.
• You can cancel at any time from your workspace. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is part of these Terms.
• Prices exclude any taxes that apply, which are added at checkout where required.

Rejectless gives automated feedback and suggestions to help you improve a resume. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or any particular result with any employer or applicant tracking system. Feedback is generated by software, can be imperfect, and should be reviewed by you before you rely on it.

The Service, including its software, design, templates, and branding, belongs to REJECTLESS L.L.C. or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any of those rights to you. You may download and use the resumes you produce for your own job search.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, REJECTLESS L.L.C. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, or lost data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk or harm. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including 3, 7, 8, 9, and 12.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the effective date above and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the Service. If you keep using the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
